- I love to mash it up when it comes to my writing. An Old West cowboy who has to put aside his six gun to kill a demon with a dagger? A cruel villian who has been marked to be a pawn to a greater Evil? A young prairie flower who's running from a crime but called to be a righteous warrior? That's my kind of story idea and my books are full of just such things. People ask me how I am inspired or how I come up with such twisted, interwoven plots. I always say if it weren't for Clint Eastwood Westerns, a pile of romance novels, and Stephen King, I'd probably have never dreamed of writing a Paranormal/Horror/ Western/Romance... And that's the gospel truth.
